SHIPPINGGOODSOFTWARESINCE 2019.

I'm a selectively-caffeinated full-stack developer. I turn “can we build this?” into “it’s live” — the whole thing, front to back, faster than the meeting where you decide to build it.

01The Man Behind The Commits

Half product owner. Half engineer. Fully on your side.

I'm Yuvraj — a full-stack developer who treats your product like a masterpiece, because half-finished software ages worse than milk. I build the whole thing: the database that won't blink under load, the API that behaves, and the interface people actually enjoy touching. One brain, end to end, no handoffs lost in translation.

Years deep in React, Next.js, Node, and the kind of databases that don't lose sleep at 3 a.m. I've shipped for fintech that can't afford a wrong decimal, e-commerce that lives and dies by checkout, and SaaS founders who needed yesterday's product today. Different industries, same job: make the hard part look effortless.

Here's the difference. Most devs ask what to build. I ask why — then build the version that actually moves the number. I think like the person who owns the roadmap and the person who has to make it run, so every line ladders back to a real outcome: more signups, faster pages, fewer 2 a.m. pages, revenue that shows up. Clean code is table stakes. Code that pays for itself is the masterpiece.

  1. 2019

Wrote my first real line of code. It broke. I was hooked.

  2. 2021

Went full-stack: stopped asking for backends, started building them.

  3. 2023

Shipped products to production for paying startups across fintech and e-commerce.

  4. 2025

Now I build masterpieces on deadline — and seal them with my name.

Clean code is table stakes. Code that pays for itself is the masterpiece.
02The Toolkit

The tools are sharp. The hands are sharper.

Frameworks are just brushes. Anyone can hold one. I'm here for what ends up on the canvas — typed end to end, tested where it counts, and fast enough that nobody notices the engineering. That's the point.

03The Work

I don't show you a portfolio. I show you the receipts.

Four problems someone was losing sleep over. Four things I designed, built, and shipped. Read them like wall text in a gallery — slowly.

Admivo

View Live

A study-abroad admissions platform that takes students from elite-university dream to a submitted, strategy-backed application.

0+
country admission hubs
0
program tiers — UG · Master's · MBA
Challenge

Aspiring students drown in scattered advice — test prep here, SOP help there, visa rules everywhere — and stall out before they ever apply.

Solution

One guided platform: country and university hubs, GRE/GMAT/IELTS prep, SOP and LOR support, visa documentation, CGPA and score calculators, and a B2B track for partner agencies.

Impact

Collapsed the application journey across six country hubs into a single navigable funnel — from first calculator to filed application.

Challenge

Hiring a writer online was a gamble — no vetting, no visibility into progress, no recourse when a draft landed late or plagiarised.

Solution

A marketplace with vetted writer profiles, in-app client-writer messaging, milestone order tracking, Turnitin-style plagiarism reports, NDAs, and integrated Razorpay, Stripe and UPI payments.

Impact

Turned one-off, trust-me writing gigs into a tracked, escrow-style workflow spanning 45+ services across 12 content categories.

Potato Bazaar

View Live

India's first digital marketplace for the potato supply chain — farmers to cold storage, minus the middlemen.

0
supply-chain roles connected
0
integrated platform modules
Challenge

Potato trading still runs on phone calls, opaque mandi rates, and middlemen who quietly eat the farmer's margin.

Solution

A B2B marketplace with live mandi pricing, escrow-protected deals, verified seller ratings, an AI Crop Doctor that diagnoses plant disease from a photo, and cold-storage booking — plus a mobile trading app.

Impact

Put price transparency, escrow safety and AI crop diagnosis into one platform connecting farmers, traders, cold-storage operators and logistics.

Car-Wash CRM

Case study in progress

An operations CRM for a car-wash business — bookings, memberships, customers and payments in one console. (Case study in progress.)

Challenge

Car-wash operators juggle bookings, recurring memberships and walk-ins across notebooks and chat apps — and lose track of who paid for what.

Solution

A single CRM console for scheduling, customer records, membership and subscription billing, and staff workflows — full scope pending your brief.

Impact

Case study in progress — real scope and outcomes to be added.

The Truth Machine

Every website tells a story. Most are telling the wrong one.

A sample verdictC+
Design6/10

Not ugly, not memorable — the beige wall of websites. Tasteful, in the way airport carpet is tasteful.

Performance4/10

Twenty-three scripts in a knife fight over the main thread. Users could brew a full pot of coffee before this paints.

UX5/10

Navigation is a personality test, and your visitors are quietly failing it. They want to convert — you're making them work for it.

SEO3/10

No meta description, no Open Graph. Google sees this site the way I see my gym membership — rarely, and with regret.

Mobile7/10

Mostly responsive, with two elements staging a small rebellion below the fold. Thumbs are happy; the footer is not.

Business Impact5/10

A beautiful page that forgot to ask for the sale. There's a CTA somewhere — it's shy. Right now this is a brochure, not a funnel.

06The Witnesses

Don't take my word for it. I'd rather they took the swing.

I've hired a lot of engineers. Most send updates. Yuvraj sent results, then asked what was next. He scoped it, shipped it, and made me look smart to my board.

Priya Nair

Founder @ Vellum

Went from pitch deck to paying customers in 90 days.

He treated our messy little startup like it was the Sistine Chapel. Took a checkout held together with hope and turned it into the smoothest thing we own.

Marcus Dale

Head of Product @ Tempo

Conversion up 38%, support tickets down by half.

Fast, blunt, and right — in that order. He pushed back when I was wrong and shipped when I was right. You don't find that combination twice.

Elena Rossi

CEO @ Cellar

Closed our seed round on numbers his system finally let us trust.

07Off the clock

There's a person behind the pull requests

I didn't fall in love with code — I fell in love with the moment something clicks into place and just works. Same reason I love a clean chess endgame, a perfectly timed bassline, and food that takes nine hours to get right. I'm the guy who reads the changelog for fun and the menu like it's a roadmap. Hire me and you don't get a contractor reading from a script — you get a curious human who treats your problem like it's his own, asks the annoying question early, and laughs at his own bugs before you have to.

I lose gracefully and review the game obsessively, which is also how I debug.

I believe good architecture and a good curry both come down to prep and patience.

Bass guitar, because somebody has to hold the timing while the lead shows off.

Best refactors I've ever shipped were written in my head, on foot.
